Whatever you type into the tool you are using, and nothing else. There is no account to create, no password to choose and no telephone number to verify.

• Rent receipts — the landlord and tenant names, the property address, the rent and the period, and the landlord’s PAN where you choose to include it.
• Rental agreement — the parties, the property and the terms you set.
• Invoice generator — your business details, your client’s details and the lines of the invoice.
• Capital gains calculator — the dates and amounts of the purchase and the sale, any improvements, and your share of the property. It is not stored: close the tab and it is gone.
• The Form 141 walkthrough — nothing at all, beyond which steps you have ticked off. It is a page to read; it asks for no figures.

In your browser, on this device. Some tools keep a draft in localStorage so it survives a refresh — the invoice draft and your progress through the walkthrough do this. The rest is held in sessionStorage, which the browser discards when you close the tab.

It is not sent to a Maytrika server, because there is no Maytrika server in this product. The tools are a set of static files; once the page has loaded, it makes no further network requests carrying anything you typed. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

Anything in sessionStorage goes when you close the tab. A saved draft in localStorage stays until you clear it — that is the point of it, so you can come back to a half-finished invoice. It never expires on its own, so if you are on a shared computer, use the button below when you are done.

Some tools hand you a file — a Word document, a PDF, a calendar file of deadlines. Each one is built inside your browser and handed straight to you. It is not uploaded, not generated on a server, and no copy is kept.

Where a page offers to email something, it opens your own mail program with the text filled in. You send it, from your address, to whoever you choose. Nothing passes through Maytrika, and we do not learn that you clicked it.

Use the button below. It removes everything any of these tools has stored on this device, from both session and local storage, and tells you how many items went.

These tools do not ask for, read, store or transmit any of the following — there is no code here that touches them:

• any portal password or user ID,
• one-time passwords, MFA codes or e-verification codes,
• authentication cookies or session tokens,
• net-banking credentials, card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs.

There is nowhere for such a thing to go even if it were collected: no server, no account, no analytics on what you type.

Nothing you type is measured. There is no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no error reporter anywhere in these tools, and no third-party code that can see the contents of a form.

To be exact about the one thing that does run: maytrika.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is enabled across the whole site and so also loads here. It is cookieless, it does not follow you between sites, and it records which pages were viewed and how quickly they loaded — never the figures you enter. These tools do not add it and cannot see its data.
